Theoretically "Celtic" music should be music with the elements of folk from the regions influenced by Celtic culture (Ireland, North France and so on). But people here tag everything that has folk influences (really ANY kind of folk) or is inspired by medieval and renessaince music. And now excuse me as I go and tag a few artists as not celtic.

thx, we are the people that write the wikipedia, and i can read articles :-) my question is, can people on last.fm tell me what celtic music really is, or how do they realize it when listening to a track? or can they only tag it all over the place because artists are BRANDED as 'celtic', no matter what?
