BEAT UNION are:
DAVE WARSOP (Lead vocals/ Guitar), DEAN ASHTON (Lead guitar/ Vocals), LUKE JOHNSON (The Beat Animal) and ADE PRESTON (Bass).

Hailing from two dead-end towns on the outskirts of BIRMINGHAM, UK, they take a huge influence from the late seventies and early eighties punk and new wave bands, then ‘mix’ it up with contemporary rock music and production. BEAT UNION provide a different angle on today’s alternative music scene!

After many months of writing, recording, and sending out demos like every hungry unsigned band, BEAT UNION had a lucky break when they received a phone call from production heavy-weight JOHN FELDMANN (The used, Good Charlotte, Mest, to name a few) who liked the band but had a vision! After almost 6 months of phone conversations and demo sending to John, he decided to fly them out to L.A on his own money and record them. As you probably already guessed, flying 4 guys you have never met out to L.A. from england is a big chance to take not to mention an EXPENSE! They then recorded 4 songs with John @ FOXY STUDIOS, and the outcome was better than any one could have ever invisioned. From that, John continued to help the band immensely, including helping get support shows with Taking Back Sunday and Goldfinger. With the plans to finish an album with John later this year, they will continue to write, record and gig as much as possible!
