My weekly top artists section hasnt updated for like two weeks. My tracks are scrobbling ok but this section is not updating. Anyone else had the same problem?

@barty2811: Your Weekly Top Artists are exactly as up-to-date as they should be. 'Weekly Top Artists' contains charts of what you listen to from 1200 GMT Sunday one week until 1200 GMT Sunday of the next week, and your charts will normally be available some time late on Sunday or early on Monday. There's no reason they would have updated on July 3rd.

If you're getting confused and talking about your overall top charts rather than weeklies, there's nothing wrong with those either - they also update roughly once a week, sometimes they'll update more often than that but more than once a week is a 'bonus' update rather than something you should expect.

@deralikt: looking at your expanded 'recently played' list, it seems that you should indeed have charts for last week, though not containing anything other than 6 Alice in Chains plays (this is all that you seem to have submitted in the period of 22-29 June). Is it possible that you submitted these plays later than June 29th? (Either because they were stuck in your cache for some reason, or because they were mobile plays from your iPod or something similar). If those plays were submitted to the website earlier than 1200 GMT on June 29th then you definitely should have a chart for that week. Maybe it'll appear when you get your charts for this week just finished.
