iPod scrobbling - 100 tracks played in one minute?

  • iPod scrobbling - 100 tracks played in one minute?

after being offline with my PC broken for several days, today in the morning i plugged my iPod in to scrobble all the tracks i listened to while i was offline and look here:

it goes like that for over 2 pages, all the tracks submitted on July 3rd, 9:40 am. (FYI i plugged my iPod in at 11:20). also, they don't seem to be scrobbled in a chronological way at all.

it's not a big problem, altho my charts for this week will look ridiculous (i listened to these tracks over the period of 3 weeks) but if someone could explain to me why that happened, i'd be grateful...
  • Could you give more details about operative system, last.fm client version and wich kind of iPod?

  • I've noticed this, too. But only with my little iPod shuffle. Everytime I plug it in...it grabs the tracks but gives them all the same play time (usually the last played song's time). I have two iPod...the shuffle and an older 20G. Only happens with the shuffle. I've also noticed that it takes a long time for last.fm to pop up the scrobble box when scrobbling the 20G. I mean...a loooong time.

I'm running XP with the latest version of last.fm
