Tracks scrobbled, but not showing up on profile!

Hi, I just got a new account, and apparently since I first joined last.fm a new version of the software has appeared, so I'm not as familiar with it. Anyway, the software confirms that I've been scrobbling tracks, and there are no server problems or Internet problems on my end, but the tracks are just not showing up on my profile! They always showed up in real time with my old account. If anyone could tell me what is going wrong or any ideas how to fix it, it would be very much appreciated!

I have the same problem, although I'm a member for 2 years. It has stopped showing the recently listened tracks and I'm worried... maybe I did something wrong on itunes, all those options...! Help me! :(

inyourpanorama, could you have a read through here and make sure you've followed all the steps correctly?

_juh, you've been scrobbling successfully yesterday. It might be that your tracks are cached. You can see this in the software under "Help" > "Diagnostics"

If they are, you'd need to create a new handshake within the software. You can try the following options:
- in the software go to "Account" and click on your username
- completely shutdown and restart the software

wonder if this is a last.fm issue, my website widget is showing that I have no recently played songs, but my profile shows all my recently played songs no problem.

I was coming to report this same problem, and this did help. Just curious, what would cause it to suddenly think the server is erroring out and stop trying to submit the scrobbles?

same problem... the last scrobbled tracks on my profile are from over a week ago!

my software says that the tracks are being scrobbled, everything looks normal there.

I hope that my scrobbles are going somewhere!
